Program 3

Short-duration commercial credit

Direct commercial loans for established operators with documented cash flows and a clear repayment path.

Underwriting

What we look for.

A clear path to repayment. Verifiable collateral. A borrower who can walk us through the deal honestly. We do not lend on assets we cannot touch and we do not lend without a path to repayment we can stress-test.

Out of scope: consumer purposes, unsecured loans, loans where we cannot perfect a lien, and any loan that would require us to bend underwriting to fit.

Application

Four steps. Up to 14 days.

1
Inquiry

Submit the discreet inquiry form with deal basics: amount, purpose, collateral, timeline.

2
Term sheet

If the deal fits, you receive an indicative term sheet within 1–3 business days.

3
Underwriting

Title work, asset verification, document review. Typical documents: title report (RE deals), asset records (working capital deals), borrower entity docs, identity, recent tax returns.

4
Funding

Documents executed, lien recorded, funds wired.
